Backround:

FruitVeB is an EU recognized interbranch organization of the Hungarian fruit and vegetable sector.
FruitVeB has about 22,000 members representing more than 2/3 of the total production value. We have members from growers, traders (largest exporters, importers, retailers and wholesalers) and processors (canning, deep freezing, juice making), but also from educational institutions, research institutes and from the National Association for Consumer Protection too. The two predecessors of FruitVeB, the Hungarian Fruit Federation and the Hungarian Vegetable Board were established in 1993. The two bodies joined in 1999.

Description:

The sour cherry and the 3×3 project in 2015 Sour cherry is a very important product of the Hungarian fruit&veg sector.

Results:

The prices on the markets immediately rose, and the farmers had normal incomes. We hope that
the markets will realise a normal operation in the next year.

FruitVeb es una organización interprofesional del sector de frutas y hortalizas húngaro
reconocida por la Unión Europea.
FruitVeb cuenta con alrededor de 22000 miembros con lo cual representa más del dos tercios del valor total de la producción. Entre nuestros miembros se encuentran tanto productores, comerciantes (exportadores al por mayor, importadores, vendedores, vendedores al por mayor), procesadores (conserveras,
ultracongeladores, fabricantes de zumo) como instituciones educacionales y de investigación o representantes de la Asociación Nacional de Protección del Consumidor. FruitVeb se formó de dos entidades predecesoras, la Federación Frutera Húngara y el Consejo Regulador Húngaro de Hortalizas, establecidas ambas en 1993 y unidas en 1999.

Descripción:

La guinda y el proyecto 3×3 en 2015 El trabajo de la Fundación 5xDía, se establece con base en tres grandes categorías: La guinda es un producto de importancia destacada del sector hortofructícola húngaro.

Resultados:

Los precios se aumentaron immediatamente en los mercados y los productores de la fruta obtuvieron ingresos decentes. Para el año que viene esperamos una operación normal de los mercados.
