Eating more fruits and vegetables has become a public health imperative in order to stem pathologies such as obesity, cardiovascular diseases but also to prevent some others, much more serious such as cancers. Working to change eating habits, promoting the Mediterranean diet through major information campaigns but also through concrete actions on the ground, are fully in line with the policies developed by AREFLH member regions. We regularly propose a guide of the most innovative actions in the promotion of Fruits and Vegetables.
